Return Policy
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we happily accept returns within 60 days of receiving your item.
* Items must be returned in new, unused condition, with all original packaging and tags attached.
* Shipping and gift wrap fees are non-refundable.
* Refunds will be issued via the original payment method or as store credit.
* All sales are final 60 days after receipt of the item(s)
For convenience, we offer a $10 flat-rate return label. Alternatively, you may return the item using any carrier of your choice.

Please note, we are not responsible for items lost in transit. We recommend using a trackable shipping method (e.g., UPS, FedEx, USPS with Delivery Confirmation) to ensure your return is received. Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer.
You will be notified by email once your return is processed and your refund is issued. Please allow one to two weeks for processing after we receive your return.
Gift Return
For gift returns, refunds will be issued in the form of a store credit and a gift certificate code will be e-mailed (when e-mail address was provided on the return slip) or mailed to the shipping address on the original order.
Exchange
Exchanges may be requested for any reason within 30 days of delivery.
Because of products availability, we treat exchange as a new order. Please, return your order follwing instruction above and place a new order. While your original shipping fee is not refundable, the shipping fee for the exchanged item will be refunded.
